  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/2 cup heavy cream
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1/2 teaspoon red pepper flakes
  • Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)
  • Salt and pepper, to taste

Instructions

  1. Cook Tortellini: Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil and cook the tortellini according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
  2. Cook Shrimp: Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add the shrimp, season with salt and pepper, and cook for 2-3 minutes on each side until pink and fully cooked. Remove and set aside.
  3. Prepare Sauce: In the same skillet, melt butter and add minced garlic. Sauté for 1-2 minutes until fragrant.
  4. Make Creamy Sauce: Stir in heavy cream and bring to a simmer. Add Parmesan cheese and red pepper flakes, stirring until the sauce thickens.
  5. Combine Ingredients: Return shrimp to the skillet, tossing to coat in the sauce. Add the cooked tortellini and gently combine.
