Instructions
- Heat 2 inches of vegetable oil in a large Dutch oven over medium heat until it reaches 350°F (180°C).
- Prepare three shallow bowls: one with flour, one with beaten eggs, and one with breadcrumbs.
- Shape the Boursin cheese into small balls. Dredge each ball in flour, shaking off the excess. Dip in beaten eggs, letting the excess drip off, and coat with breadcrumbs.
- Place the coated cheese balls on a baking sheet or plate and freeze for 15 minutes to firm up.
- Fry the cheese balls in batches for 30 seconds to 1 minute until golden brown. Transfer to a paper towel-lined baking sheet to drain.
